What types of products do you offer?

Crown of Splendor Hair specialises in high-quality yaki and kinky textured hair extensions. We provide both synthetic hair and human hair. Our products are designed to enhance your natural beauty with natural-looking and versatile options, ensuring a confidence-boosting and comfortable experience. 

How do I maintain the hair?

With the correct care and maintenance, our human hair can last at least 12 months. Please refer to our blog post on how to care for your hair which also gives guidance on maintaining our synthetic hair.

Can I dye/bleach the hair?

Yes. You can dye our human hair, however, we recommend getting a professional to do so as over-processing can permanently alter and damage the hair.

How does texture affect the length of the hair?

Tighter curl patterns appear shorter. For more detailed information please refer to our blog post on hair lengths. 

How long does shipping take?

Please note that there is a processing time of up to 5 business days before shipping. After processing your order, shipping times will vary based on your location. For UK orders over £200, standard delivery is free. Please refer to our shipping policy for more detailed information.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy that allows you to request a return within 14 days your order's delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Can I exchange my item(s) for a different style?

While we do not offer direct exchanges, the fastest way to obtain a different style is to return your current item(s) and place a new order for the desired product(s) once the return is accepted.

What should I do if my item is damaged upon arrival?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inspect your order immediately and contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
